everyone chillax!

timeout to say: My darling Q was not an announcement...don't you think I would know if I was preggo and instablog it?

Last time I knew JJWT's righteous seed had been planted in my wombgarden at the very moment of conception, and believe me you guys will be the first to know after me and CutieWootie. Don't want to rush into anything so we'll prolly wait another couple weeks. LOL. It would be sooo romantic to make a baby in the mission filled!

Seriously everyone, I was just asking hypathetically to make sure. Even though my milk dryed up when I stopped eating {weeeiiiird} so they've kinda weened themselves, I've nursed the twins exclusively since day one, meaning I haven't nursed any other babies and they haven't nursed from any other mommies. As long as you do that, it's definately impossible to get preggers. Right?

That's what one of my darling friends said and if there's one thing I treat as reliable in this world it's anecdotle evidence.

My super shy mom gave me very little advice when it came to personal and private matters. She did tell me though to be extra careful, even when exclusively nursing. I have a brother who came along before I was even one! (Fer Rude!) And since you already have twins.......

LOL, you know woman always get worked up about a 'possible' pregnancy. Its in our nature.

You're so smart to wait a few more weeks. 10 months apart is too close, but 12 months apart is perfect.

tamn - i totally think you should go on the newly wed show with your cuddlekins and embarrass yourself on national tv along with the other utahns.

What better way to teach in the mission filled and be that seriously perfect example than to wait until then to get preggo again! Those people have no idea what a blessing it will be to have your cute little fam out there. It brings me to tears thinking of all the good you will do in the mission filled. Best of luck on the mission! Can't wait to hear every detail! You're the best TAMN! Don't forget us little peeps as you're busy getting more spiritual and all!

your rediculous

omg...you should take that lactating counter down then, I would hate for someone to think you were not being righteous by lying.

Don't wait to long though...a few more weeks and your eggs might be too old, I wouldn't want to risk it! But that's just me.

isn't anecdotal kind of a big word for you? (even if you did use it wrong?)

LMBO! i'm so glad you 'splained "exclusive nursing" to us. no wonder so many moms get "accidentally" pregnant when they're exclusively nursing!

even Xclusive, it's no good after 8 weeks anywayz.

Your grammar takes my breath away.

I think anecdotle should be in Websters

the anecdotle evidence thing is so true. I love how often people like you (even though I love you TAMN) say "It MUST be true bc it happened to my friend once."

I love this blog.

I haven't nursed any other babies?

Gross slash hilarious.

CutieWootie?

Wow. Just wow.

I will validate. I have two girls 12 months and 3 days apart. No one in their right mind would do that on purpose.

But that is weird, because if you only exclusively nurse your own babies and no one elses, you should be fine.

You are such a loyal mommy to nurse your babies exclusively. Some moms don't have as much integrity.

But WEIRD your milk dried up after you stopped eating.

And that would be romantic (and spiritual) to get preggers in the mission field.

If you got pregnant in two more weeks...*counting on my fingers*...that would put you at about 24 weeks when New Moon hits theaters. You should be over any possible sicky wickies and easily fit into an x small Team Edward Shirt. Any later than that and you might have to wear a SMALL.

*gasp* That would just be gross.

I got pregnant with my 10 month old when I was still nursing my 2 year old. I cried a little when I found out out of sheer SHOCK. It can happen, just saying.

you forgot to add the part that makes it fullproof- saying your prayers every morning and night! because if he knows your also exclusively rightous.... lol!

Hey TAMN, I’m curious, how many kids are you gonna have for total, like for your whole life? 4? 5? 6? 7? 8? Have you even thought about your life that far? I don’t wanna be preachers, K? (specially not to you!!!) But there are preshious spirits in Heaven that could rilly use a special TAMNer brand ™ womb to grow gorgeous + gifted hottie bodies in! Like what if you have triplets next? {soooooooo hard but soooooooo rightchus!} And then you’ll have 5 babies under 1 teensy year old way out there on your mish?! Have you ever even thought about that? Uh-oh! I don’t mean to stresh you though. Laters!

I'm not pregnant and I nursed my twins. I think your safe.

How sad your milk dried up so fast. TAMN your reaction to trials placed in your path amazes me.

I was very impressed with anecdotle, no mommy brain with TAMN. :)

prolly, wombgarden, righteous seed and anecdotle evidence are some of the funniest things I've ever read!

I just wanted to let you know that I have the men in my office reading your blog now. You are a crack up.

I love it! If you do make a baby in the mission filled you should toadally name him/her/both/all 3 something that has to do with DC so that everytime you tell their (I mean there...I mean, they're...) names you can give a cheeky blush/smile because you know they are thinking about your spirichal nookie in the nations capital. Can we start thinking of names now?!?!? Please?

MY mom got pregnant with me less than 6 weeks after she had my sister. So very DEFINITELY possible!! Besides, they need a little brother or sister (OR BOTH! AGAIN!!! I smell a TV show on TLC in your future!! Or maybe you can even pitch it to BYU-TV!!) to play with. You're so skinny you can definitely get preggs again!

This is unrilated to your post, but your poll seems to miss a VERY IMPERTANT PART. Not just whooo will do your hair, but whaaat will happen to it!

Utah Hair can't survive in the less-richus, less-dry air in the mission filled!!!!!!!!!

Chelsea said...

Anecdotle evidence is the best.

And alainalh is right - you seriously need to come up with an East Coast hair strategy. All the humidity makes poofiness tricky.

Unknown said...

Alainalh and Chelsea have a point - as someone who has always lived in the mission filled I love watching the missionaries hair deflate. And eventually they give up - well, the sane ones do. It's great fun!

Def have a plan or I'll be laughing my heinie off at your "do" too! Okay, I won't be in your ward but I might see you in the DC temple - the best one on earth!!! (And I'd hate to have to laugh at you there...j/k I won't laugh...I'll just shake my head and sigh.) Love ya!!!

YES you can get prego while nursing!

my sister is like 12 months younger than me because our mom thought that breastfeeding is good birth control. It is not. You can get pregnant while exclusively breastfeeding.
