You're SO thoughtful and sweet to leave such a personal message where everyone can see it. Now JJWT will get lots of comments at work about how lucky he is and stuff. Way to be!

Oh my gosh we were just visiting zion and I commented to my husband how those overpass messages were everywhere. You must really love him. Did the twins help? I bet they are really advanced for their age.

i thought cups-on-the-overpass-fence-messages were just for girls who are finally going to see their missionaries for a make out fest upon their return.

It was on University Parkway. It was awesome.

I've never been more sad that I don't live in Provo anymore. NOT FAIR!

Renny said...

Haha. I totally drove past that. While they were putting it up.

Breanne said...

This is hilarious! I pass this bridge every day on my way to work, and there is always something written in cups. Way to go!

I wish I knew where this was... looks kinda like Utah County from what I can see. But, I know people REALLY like to decorate the fence right by Lagoon in Farmington too. Either way, I'm impressed you got such a great picture while driving and taking care of the twinsies. You truly are a super mom slash wife!

Asenath said...

I saw this when I was driving home and it made me SO happy! :) :) :)

I always loved that stuff when I was at BYU. It always made me laugh. I am so happy you actually did that in real life. You just get funnier and funnier.

Mindy said...

You know I got in a car wreck trying to read that, don't you?

Since it's something for you guys, it made my totaled car and broken collar bone worth it!

Little Lovables said...

Jungle Mama said...

I saw this while I was driving today and almost died laughing!

Kristina said...

That has to be the overpass on University driving from State Street down into Provo. That is so flipping awesome I wish I had seen it! I probably would've crashed.

Zac and Sarah Steele said...

I totally saw this with my hubby when we were driving back from Costco! But now what am I supposed to do for his b-day next month? I can't copy the "write your name in the fence on the bridge over University Parkway" again. It's soooo yesterday...

I've never wanted to live in Utah more than I do at this moment.

I may just drive up from Vegas tonight just for the opportunity to witness a modern day miracle.

I don't wanna be a bummer, but I think you should know. I drove by this twice and I saw some people taking down the cups the first time. Later, they were back up again. Who would do that to JJWT? TAMN...YOU are seriously so dedicated to Jay Jay Double-you Tee and so IN LOVE to put the cups up in the FIRST PLACE and then fix them when malicious walker-byers took down the "y" and some other cups. OMG. Who would do that to JJWT? Anyway, I totally admire your persistence!!!

Shannon said...

So glad you took out other peoples cups spelling "Welcome Home Elder" JJWT's Birthday is so much more important than an RM.

stillclueless said...

Too, too beautiful! You did it!!!

Katey said...

I totally saw this while i was driving around yesterday and thought of you!!

I sure hope those are still there tomorrow b/c I NEED to go see it.

My husband and I saw this on the way to the cheap theater. So funny! It was missing some cups when I went by though. :(

Molly in the Jello Belt said...

I'm so jealous! Our overpass has a sign wired to it saying, "please do not put cups in the chain link." No kidding.

I saw that on my back from the gym today and was SERIOUSLY so moved at your thoughtfulness. I'm sure that JJWT's big day was made all the more happy by having that display.

Mel said...

Wow. I so wish I hadn't moved from Utah just so I could see this in person.

Sarah said...

I SAW that and it made my day. Way to go for being such a fabulous wife!

I'm laughing! I saw this yesterday and was thinking who the crap is JJWT? Oops sorry to offend. Can you believe I didn't know who JJWT was? Crap.

Kamity said...

THAT IS THE MOST HILARIOUS THING EVER! It took me a while to figure out where it is ... but it's that hill on University between Orem and Provo, right? And that's the Albertson's shopping center in the background? My hubby's going down to campus this evening to help a professor set up some computers or something. I hope it's still up. I'm jealous of Renny.

This is probably my favorite post ever.

Heidi said...

Shouldn't Micah and Steve have already picked their eternal companions by now??? I mean seriously, how long does that TAKE?!!!

Oh my word... this just made you so legit. Not that you weren't before... but you are actually going public with this. Whoever you are... you have just crossed the official line of hilarity.

I haven't laughed out loud like that in a long time. I wish I would have seen this. I would have seriously caused an accident because of my shock.

Chris said...

I saw that on my way to work. I just about died laughing while I drove up the hill.
