TAMN, seriously, Moms are in labor lots longer than just one day. Ask anyone to tell you her story of giving birth and its never shorter than three days of agony.

I'm so happy you have turned the corner in your depression--OH, I keep forgetting you weren't depressed. Silly me!

Happy elective-Caesarean day backatcha!

what does a mom flag look like?

I know this blog is a farce...but I really like this post. My mom had a magnet on our fridge growing up that said "Every mother is a working woman". She would get upset when people would ask if she worked or stayed home. She would say she stayed home and worked her tail off keeping the house clean and taking care of us. Moms never get a day off.

What?!?!?! This blog is a farce?!?!? Oh my heck.

Seriously, why is it that moms have to "one-up" each other's labor/delivery stories? Each of us is unique and special even when giving birth. Why the competition? Whenever I tell people my experience, they always have a better story. Makes me feel non-validated but, thankfully, non-violated.

BTW, your baby is creepy looking. I can't believe you actually walk around with that thing in your belly. So sad your fetus isn't breathtaking like mine.

I'm new to the blog. (Thanks, Mormon Women Project!) Pretty hilarious. I especially appreciate the improper use of apostrophes and they're/their/there.
