funnest pionneer day ever

oh my gosh you guys!

Being in UT for Pioneer Day was sooo fun! It was busy busy busy, taking pics of me and NuggetBunzers drawing hearts and stars with sparklers with our best CFFs {thanx Kara & Danny, Jenn & Ty, Britt & Jared, Mel & Paul, Court & Jordan for such a BLAST!}! We all went to Rio and got froyos and just catched up w/ everyone since I haven't been home in two weeks and it fills like forever.

Know what's weird? WE ALL HAVE BABIES AND LINED THEM UP TO TAKE PICS!!! It was fun seeing as how Tridger's fohawk was best and Alivyiah's vintage-inspired dress the most cute. Plus now that we're from DC I think we {and our babies} come acrosst as way more east coast.

p.w. you know whichever pionneer story you heard in church yesterday? that was MY descendant! cool right? seriously i'm related to all of 'em. Well, the good ones.

Ok ok so since the sad news about Ruth everyone wants to know about church here in DC and weather I got a new calling.

Seriously I have been sooooooo dilegent here.

I told the bish that w/ the twinsies {who are signing and crawling sooo good} and w/ our internship I was way busy so only had time for big slash visible callings like YW prez or maybe, if they were in a real pinch, RS prez. Just wanted him to know we were willing to serve. So helpful right? Ya, I fly back to Zion alot and NYC trips and stuff, but both times I've been to our ward in DC I've been super service oriented for example reminding them to make handouts cuter so ppl will read them {personally I never read anything in boring font}, showing off my ponder-pout to help them see what it looks like to be thoughtful, teasing the beehives about there VL, etcs.

Know how they say the church is the same everywhere? It's not. They don't even have the good news minute here. Good thing I just get up and share mine any way.

Seriously, I mean this nice, so don't get me wrong, but theres a whole rising generation of adorably valiant girls who's cute-potential is about to get squashed. What's she going to do, say missions and subarus and professional programs are hip for GIRLS?

You GUYS, she keeps the SAME wreath up all year round.

Will they have ANY twilight-themed activities? Seriously, what kind of guys are gonna be on their dating panel, some dude middle school teacher or social worker? DO YOU KNOW WHAT KIND OF MESSAGE THAT WILL SEND??

A couple reasons I'm sooo exited for time with some of my besties at this weekend's NYC girls trip Summer 2009!

• time to MYSELF for ONCE!
  
• Were gonna have tons of cupcakes and pictures of us eating said CUPCAKES!
• can't wait to primp my brains out every day for the photo ops and stay up sooo late giggling about HS, cute brands of strollers, Zac Efron, strech marks {not mine} and blogs.
  
• sooo pumped to have some nummy frozen hot chocolate w/ tons of pics of us sipping it!!
• want to do TONS of ZANY things like ask people to take pics of us making SILLY FACES or something totally off the wall goofball...like if me and another girl on the trip accidently wear the exact-same outfit! Can you imagine?
  
• We're gonna see Wicked and like a ton of other plays that will be incredible and amazing.
• if there's time I want some pics of us standing in front of the darling temple making sassy faces at the camera.
  
• also I plan to get soooo grossed out by all the dirties and go through buckets of the Bath & Body Works hand sanitizer in yummy flavors.

so greatful for Glamma whose flying in since don't get me wrong but theirs no way Alivyiah & Tridgers's daddy could ever take care of his own children.

Hey everybody. It's me, JJWT.

TAMN & I got married two years ago today. It was awesome. Great day and she looked smokin' hot. Minus a couple meltdowns the day rocked. The reception was nuts. I was ready to hit the road. And the sack. Hahahaha. Our honeymoon was freakin' sweet. Happy anniversary, babe.


She said this year I could plan whatever I wanted. So I did. Booked a tee time. She was ticked. So I told her to plan whatever and we'd just say it was my idea. The plan was to fly to SLC for PF Changs and Anniversary Inn tonight, Pal tomorrow, cruise to the Bahamas after my internship. Sweet right?


Too bad she started the Master Cleanse this week. Sick. She's just hurling and shizzing. So gross. What the resched. My tee time's back on. Booyah.

SUCH a fun 4rth!


Not only did AngelNugget have the day off YAY and Alivyiah and Tridger both looked darlingly patriotical, but my big bro Derek came down for the weekend from NYC! SOOOO nice to see fam since we're sooo far away and going it alone out here as we GROW AS A COUPLE. Haven't seen him since our WEDDING.


Guys, serious, Derek is so cute and so fun and so hilarious and so darling. We went to a ton of fireworks and took pics of us eating at the Cheesecake Factory and everything. MEMORY MAKERS!!


He's 31 {yikes, right Der? ;)} and SINGLE! He just finished culinary school up there wayyyy smart, valavictorian of his chef class, and is the sassiest dude dresser I know. I wish JJWT would wear pants that snug and metro but he won't. Ugh. SOOOO FUN to have him here trying to teach Alivzee and the Tridgster some spicey dance moves. It was extra fun bc he'd broughten his buff, hairless friend Cory who is ALSO darling and ALSO a sassy dancer, but he does hair instead of culinaries school. I tried to make 'em hit up Duck Beach a while back {Yvette went but suprise suprise got zero action bc she refused to where a bikini--prude cough prude} but they both just chuckled and said "No thanx, sweetie," while patting my adorable head. Those poor boys!


They both have great bodies and hair so I don't get why there still single. Sad!

it's time for a major life decision and there is no one I trust more than my eBFFs. Gotta make sure we're where we belong at.

Our {well, JJWT's, but whatever} law/biz/med/dental internship ROCKS and will bring like 40 new professional opportunities due to sinergistic networking. We feel so good about it.

His old summer sells job selling pest control slash security systems {where he worked to save up for my ring setting} just called and wants him to be a MANAGER!!! Here in DC! What should we do!??!?! I mean, on one hand, law/biz/med/dental school rocks, but in the shore term of the other hand, summer sells is seriously lucritive and he could make sixty thousand plus this summer! But, on another hand, I'm over the sells wife thing, BUT flip the coin over and Alivyiah and Tridger need $ to go to college and UVU slash Bon Losee tuition is going up like every day. However, contrastly, the economy is a bummer, and with law/biz/med/dental school he has the rest of his life to sue/consult/surgify/numb gums/abuse prescription drugs, so maybe this IS our right thing now. And it's not like the internship gives out plasma TVs or xbox's.

Sells is hard, but no one said it would be easy, they only said it would be worth it. Is that scripture talking about summer sells? I can't remember.
